About Susan
Susan has 40 years of training in ancestral medicine and has committed to healing with her hands, with this earth. Amidst a culturally pillaged, oversaturated world of commodity, Susan returns to a universal, energetic language that heals ruptures and delivers wisdom. Beneath each healing modality, she is connected to the vibratory, pulsing currents that hold life.

Susan considers each living being a sacred vessel that, when aligned, is strong enough to both root deeply into the earth, and to hold the breadth of the heavens.
As a child, Susan was memorized by water, and she has always nurtured a deep connection with Africa. Over recent years Susan’s roots have re-flourished, as she has returned to her work in tandem with Dagara elders in West Africa. The experience has been both affirming and magical.
Dagara Legacy was founded to build resource in Burkina Faso, while the partnership continued to preserve and re-birth ancient medicine in the western world.
